Return Policy:

Returns will require a return authorization request form to be completed and will require ALDESIGN CENTER’s approval prior to processing.

Goods returned without authorization will be refused.

No returns will be accepted after 21 calendar days from the date of shipping.

The material will be counted and inspected on Dealer premises and/or ALDESIGN CENTER warehouse prior to acceptance.

Returns will be accepted on resalable goods only; damaged material will not be accepted.

Boxed or bundled material must be returned in its original packaging and the packaging must be undamaged. Partial returns will not be accepted, including tile, mosaics, ledgestone, and marble.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return.

There will be a 30% restocking fee charged with all of the above conditions met.Shipping is extra, but it depends on how much and location.
